I will never get over the way that these two make each other smile, their love and their joy is contagious and I just love being in their presence. The bitter wind did not even phase them and I am truly in love with each image from their session, it was hard to even narrow down to this many for a blog post!!
I have always wanted to do a shoot with these adorable heart balloons, and finally made it happen! Thanks to my husband, my sister and her boyfriend for taking part in this shoot! I have always loved everything about Valentines Day, especially the chocolates haha. This will be my husband and I’s eighth Valentines Day spent together and I couldn’t be more in love with him or the life that we live.
What stands out to me about this maternity/family session is the way that Jodi’s son looks at her like she is the most beautiful thing in the world! It is so heart warming to get to capture moments such as these for a growing family. Also shout out to Texas for making it possible to have outdoor photos taken in January, you the real MVP!
It’s always a pleasure to have Madison in front of my camera! I asked her to model for me while I mentored another photographer, and we had so much fun! I love the community that photography has brought me into, full of creative and inspiring people.
Johnathan proposed to Jacque on Christmas Eve at a viewing of the Phantom of the Opera and they waited until they could have a session with me to announce their engagement! I am SO honored to know these two and to get a glimpse into the amazing love that they share. Jacque’s style speaks to my heart and the way they look at each other melts my heart. Thankful for warm January days in Texas and these beautiful people.
If I know one thing- its that Sophia and Cody are soul mates. These two and their adorable pup, Luke, were such a joy to photograph! Cody proposed to Sophia in an airport because of the significance airports have held during their relationship and his time in the military. Engagement sessions always leave me feeling so happy to be a photographer because I get the chance to meet people and hear their love stories.
The Swann family is celebrating their first year as a family of three this year and I was so honored to document this time in their life! Little Indie Rose is only a few months old and is clearly going to be one stylish girl! I love shooting at tree farms and am always down for some christmas cheer! The Flower Mound Tree Farm is my favorite because they leave cookies and hot chocolate out for their visitors :)
Olivia told me she was bringing her “zoo” to their session and I could not wait to meet them! Their three pups, Pineapple, Chili + Tucker, made this such a fun session! This family has the most stunning smiles i’ve ever seen and its contagious!
It was SO windy and chilly the afternoon of Rachel + Michael’s anniversary session but it didn’t bother us one bit! I happen to love the windblown hair look! An anniversary session is a special thing to shoot for me because my husband and I also carry that tradition every year.
Most joyful family ever, hands down! Together for thanksgiving and wanted to gift their mom a session for the holidays, so sweet and I’m so glad I got to take these photos for them!
